In order to ensure accurate measurement of the thermal expansion coefficient of honeycomb panels, we have implemented a strict process and used a specific algorithm to calculate the offset of the hot stamping plate or relief plate based on the results. This prediction ensures that each plate offset meets high standards and meets production requirements.
3. Through the precise operation of the above two steps, we can ensure that the hot stamping plate or relief plate is installed in an accurate position, so that the hot stamping plate or relief plate that needs to be positioned can perfectly coincide with the printed image. If this equipment is not used, achieving the same effect usually requires the hot stamping machine captain to spend a lot of time.
